| รายละเอียด | การวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของพระวินยาธิการต่อปัจจัยการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในการกำกับดูแลพระสงฆ์ให้ปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัยและมติมหาเถรสมาคมของศูนย์พระวินยาธิการประจำจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) ศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จของการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในการกำกับดูแลพระสงฆ์ให้ปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัยและมติมหาเถรสมาคมของศูนย์พระวินยาธิการประจำจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในการกำกับดูแลพระสงฆ์ให้ปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัยและมติมหาเถรสมาคมของศูนย์พระวินยาธิการประจำจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พระสงฆ์ จำนวน 214 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติถดถอยพหุ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ปัจจัยการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในการกำกับดูแลพระสงฆ์ให้ปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัยและมติมหาเถรสมาคมของศูนย์พระวินยาธิการประจำจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของนโยบาย รองลงมา คือ ด้านลักษณะของหน่วยงานที่นำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านความเพียงพอของทรัพยากร
2. ความสำเร็จการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในการกำกับดูแลพระสงฆ์ให้ปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัยและมติมหาเถรสมาคมของศูนย์พระวินยาธิการประจำจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการสนองตอบต่อความต้องการของประชาชน และด้านความพึงพอใจในนโยบาย ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านบรรลุเป้าหมายของนโยบาย
3. ปัจจัยด้านการวางแผนและการควบคุม เป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของนโยบาย ลักษณะของหน่วยงานที่นำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในการกำกับดูแลพระสงฆ์ให้ปฏิบัติตามพระธรรมวินัยและมติมหาเถรสมาคมของศูนย์พระวินยาธิการประจำจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this quantitative research were 1) to study the level of opinions of Phravinayadhikara (Police Monks) about the factors of implemening the monks supervision policy in compliance with the Vinaya rules and Sangha Supreme Council of the Phravinayadhikara Center in Burirum Province 2) to study the level of success in implemening the monks supervision policy in compliance with the Vinaya rules and Sangha Supreme Council of the Phravinayadhikara Center in Burirum Province and 3) to study the relationship between factors of implemening the monks supervision policy in compliance with the Vinaya rules and Sangha Supreme Council of the Phravinayadhikara Center in Burirum Province. The samples included 214 monks. The data were collected using 5-point rating scale questionnaires and were statistically analyzed by percentage, means, standard deviation, and multiple regression. The results revealed the followings. 1. The factors of implemening the monks supervisin policy in compliance with the Vinaya rules and Sangha Supreme Council of the Phravinayadhikara Center in Burirum Province were generally found at the high level. After item analysis, it was found that the item with the highest means was the goals and objectives of the policy followed by the characteristics of office departments that implemented the policy while the resource sufficiency was the item with the lowest means. 2. The success in implemening the monks supervision policy in compliance with the Vinaya rules and Sangha Supreme Council of the Phravinayadhikara Center in Burirum Province was generally found at the high level. After item analysis, it was found that the item with the highest means was the responsiveness to public needs and satisfaction of the policy while the item with the lowest means was policy achievement. 3. The factors of policy planning and supervising, policy goals and objectives, and characteristics of office departments that implemented the policy were significantly related to the implementation of monks supervision policy in compliance with the Vinaya rules and Sangha Supreme Council of the Phravinayadhikara Center in Burirum Province at the significance level of 0.05.
