| รายละเอียด | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของครูโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย สำนักงานเขตสายไหม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านวัสดุประกอบหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียนการสอน และด้านวัดผลและประเมินผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 180 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย สำนักงานเขตสายไหม สังกัดกรุงเทพฯ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อมาพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการเรียนการสอน ส่วนด้านวัสดุประกอบหลักสูตร และสื่อการเรียนการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด
The purpose of this research was to study the participation in academic administration of teachers at Rittiyawannalai School Saimai District Office under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in 4 aspects, i.e., curriculum and implementation, instruction, instructional materials and medias, and measurement and evaluation. The sample included 180 teachers. Data were collected using 5-point rating scale questionnaire and checklist and were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the participation in academic administration of teachers at Rittiyawannalai School Saimai District Office under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was generally found at the high level. After item analysis, curriculum and implementation was rated with the highest mean followed by instruction, and instructional materials and medias. |
