| รายละเอียด | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดพรหมสุวรรณสามัคคี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1)ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์หรือการสร้างบารมี 2)ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ 3)ด้านการกระตุ้นด้วยการใช้ปัญญา และ 4)ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนวัดพรหมสุวรรณสามัคคี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 32 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดพรหมสุวรรณสามัคคี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์หรือการสร้างบารมี มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการกระตุ้นด้วยการใช้ปัญญา ส่วนด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด
The purpose of this research was to study the transformational leadership of school administrators at Wat Phromsuwansamakkhi School under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in 4 areas, which are 1) Ideological influence or the creation of prestige 2) Inspiration 3) Intelligence stimulation and 4) Consideration of individuality. Population used in the research were 32 teachers of Wat Phromsuwansamakkhi School under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. academic year 2019. The research instrument was 5 point rating scale questionnaire The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation The results of this study revealed that the overall transformational leadership of school administrators at Wat Phromsuwansamakkhi School under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration., Was. at a high level Considering each aspect, it was found that the ideological influence or the creation of prestige is the highest , followed by intelligence stimulation. As the aspect of inspiration is the lowest. |
