| รายละเอียด | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจในสิทธิประโยชน์สวัสดิการที่ได้รับของบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 3) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของความพึงพอใจในสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการกับคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 212 คน ประชากรคือบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การทดสอบความแปรปรวน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความพึงพอใจในสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการของบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก
2. คุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก
3. บุคลากรสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ที่มี ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
4. ความพึงพอใจในสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรในสถานีตำรวจภูธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

This research aimed to 1) study the quality of life of provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province, 2) study the satisfaction towards benefits and welfare of provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province, 3) compare the quality of life of officers of provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province and 4) study the correlation between the quality of life of provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province with individual factors. The sample included 212 officers and the population was provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province. Research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Statistical tools were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-distribution, variance test and multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1.The satisfaction towards benefits and welfare of provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province was at rather high level. 2.The quality of life of provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province was at rather high level. 3.Police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province with different working period of had different quality of life with statistically significant differences. 4.The satisfaction towards benefits and welfare was correlated with the quality of life of provincial police stations’ officers in Suphan Buri Province.
