| รายละเอียด | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยอิทธิบาทธรรมกับระดับภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกเหล่าทหารราบ โรงเรียนทหารราบ ศูนย์การทหารราบ อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำ ของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก เหล่าทหารราบโรงเรียนทหารราบศูนย์การทหารราบ อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของอิทธิบาทธรรมกับภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกเหล่าทหารราบ โรงเรียนทหารราบ ศูนย์การทหารราบ อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ประชากรเป็น นักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก เหล่าทหารราบโรงเรียนทหารราบศูนย์การทหารราบตำบลเขาน้อย อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 500 คน ขนาดตัวอย่าง กำหนดจากสูตร ทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 222 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับชนิดตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t – distribution ค่า F - distributionและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.ปัจจัยอิทธิบาทธรรมของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกเหล่าทหารราบ โรงเรียนทหารราบ ศูนย์การทหารราบ อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ในภาพรวมเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกเหล่าทหารราบ โรงเรียนทหารราบ ศูนย์การทหารราบ อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในภาพรวมมีภาวะผู้นำอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2.นักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกที่ อายุและระยะเวลารับราชการที่ต่างกัน มีภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก เหล่าทหารราบโรงเรียนทหารราบศูนย์การทหารราบตำบลเขาน้อย อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
3.ปัจจัยด้านวิมังสา จิตตะ และวิริยะมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก เหล่าทหารราบโรงเรียนทหารราบศูนย์การทหารราบตำบลเขาน้อย อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

This research aimed to 1) study level of factors of Iddhibada Dhamma and level of leadership of Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province, 2) compare leadership of Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province according to personal factors and 3) study relationship between Iddhipada Dhamma and Leadership of Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province. The research population was 500 Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Khaonoi Sub-District, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province. The sample of this research calculated using Taro Yamane’s formula and selected using cluster sampling technique was 222 students. Research instruments were 5-point rating scale questionnaire and checklist. Statistical tools were percentage, mean, standard deviation,-distribution, F-distribution and multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. In terms of Iddhibada Dhamma of Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province, overall respondents’ opinion was at intermediate level; and the level of leadership of Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province was intermediate. 2. Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students having different age and period of service had different level of leadership of Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province, with statistically significant differences which was consistent with the research hypothesis. 3. Vimamsa, Citta and Viraya were correlated with the leardership of Army Non-Commissioned Officer Students, Infantry School, Infantry Center, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province, with statistically significant differences.
