| รายละเอียด | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษีบำรุงท้องที่ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ประชากรคือประชาชนที่เสียภาษีในเขตความรับผิดชอบขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง จำนวน 950 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการคำนวณตามสูตรของยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 282 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับชนิดตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1.ปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษีบำรุงท้องที่ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ในภาพรวมเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บภาษีบำรุงท้องที่ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ภาพรวมมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2.ปัจจัย ด้านประสิทธิภาพของพนักงานผู้จัดเก็บภาษีอากร โครงสร้างภาษีอากร ความสำนึกในหน้าที่ของผู้เสียภาษี และบรรยากาศที่เอื้ออำนวยให้เสียภาษี มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

This research aimed to study 1) level of factors of efficiency and efficiency of local tax collection of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province and 2) relationship of factors affecting local tax collection of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province. Population included 950 people paying tax in the responsible area of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province. The sample of this research calculated using Yamane’s formula included 282 people. Research instruments were a 5-point rating scale questionnaire and a checklist. Statistical tools were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The respondents’ overall opinion towards factors affecting efficiency of local tax collection of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province was at intermediate level; and the overall efficiency of local tax collection of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province was at intermediate level. 2. In terms of efficiency of tax collection personnel, tax structure, awareness of taxpayer’s duty and suitable environment for paying tax were correlated with efficiency of local tax collection of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province, with statistically significant differences.
