| รายละเอียด | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยธรรมาภิบาลกับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรที่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น ข้าราชการประจำ รวมถึงพนักงานจ้างทั่วไป ซึ่งมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 105 คนขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้จำนวน 84 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1.ปัจจัยการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในภาพรวมมีธรรมาภิบาลอยู่ในระดับมาก
2.ประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในภาพรวมมีประสิทธิผลอยู่ในระดับมาก
3.การบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ประกอบด้วย หลักนิติธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส หลักคุณธรรม หลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักความคุ้มค่า และหลักการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังก์พง อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ อยู่ในระดับสูงที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

This research aimed to study 1) level of good governance management in Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province, 2) level of effectiveness of good governance management in Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province and 3) relationship between factors of good governance and effectiveness of good governance management in Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province. The population of this research was 105 officers of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization including local administrative officers, government officials and general employees. The sample size was 84 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistical tools were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1.The overall of good governance management in Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province was at high level. 2.The overall of effectiveness of good governance management in Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province was at high level. 3.The management of Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province following good governance including rule of law, transparency, ethic, accountability, value of money and public participation was positively correlated with effectiveness of management in Wangpong Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pranburi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province at high level, with statistically significant level at 0.01 which was consistent with research hypothesis.
